By using Vendify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Our role

Vendify is a marketplace that connects customers with independent event service providers. We are not a party to any booking or contract between a customer and a provider. All transactions, services, and disputes are between those two parties.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18+ to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate.

4. Business listings

If you list a business, you represent that the information is truthful and that you have the right to offer the services described. We may review, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Vendify to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users.
• Circumvent our systems or attempt to access data you aren't authorized to see.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful.

6. Payments

Vendify currently operates as an inquiry-and-contact marketplace. Payment arrangements are handled directly between customer and provider. When on-platform payments are added, additional terms will apply.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that any specific provider will meet your expectations. Use your own judgment before booking.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vendify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
